Outpatient therapy available for families, couples, and individuals living within driving distance of Beatitude House.
Most of us describe our present struggles in relational terms. We think we would be happier if the ‘other person’ would just change!
Dr. Ed Smith, developer of Theophostic® Ministries says, “If we believe that others around us are the source of our emotional pain and the cause of our absence of peace, we empower them and place ourselves under their control and emotional bondage.”
Freedom is available when our Lord Jesus Christ brings healing through His truth for you in your relationships. In a typical ministry session ( 2-3 hrs.), our team meets with Christians of any age who seek restoration and peace through the Lord’s healing.

Attachment (RAD) Assessments
Families, adoption agencies, and Departments of Social Services use Beatitude House to undertake assessments as to the possibility of Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD) in children, and adults. Information is gathered from the individual, family, teachers, and others, and evaluated and rated as to if RAD is the proper diagnosis, and if so, the severity of the issues. | |
An Attachment Intensive for families
Two weeks of intensive therapy brings healing to families. Families can be devastated by children who experience trauma or loss in the first three years of life The result is difficulties with trust, love and respect -- the three essential elements of relationship. Attachment disorder destroys a family's hopes and dreams when fear, sadness and anger are the emotions the family struggles with daily.
During your two weeks, you and your child will be wrapped in an environment that will provide the best potential for the whole family's healing. This includes therapy, parent training, community practice, implementation of new parenting approaches along with regular feedback. You will spend time in therapy, practicing in the community, and time with the therapeutic practice parent. Your child's schedule will be the same, with the addition of extra time spent with the therapeutic practice parent.
At an intensive at Beatitude House the Holy Spirit is called upon to empower the family in embracing their pain and fear. Treatment modalities include:
-
Attachment Therapy from a Christian Worldview
-
-
God’s Blueprint for Graceful Parenting ® Beatitude House Ministries
-
Spiritual and emotional support and edification Our intensive treatment ranges from 1-3 weeks depending on the family's needs.

Inner Healing Prayer Intensive
We provide ministry opportunities for individuals and couples facing a variety of major emotional struggles in life. People having sexual abuse, eating disorders, marital/family issues, self-mutilating behaviors, addictions, substance abuse issues, suicidal tendencies, mood disorders, dissociation disorders, grief and loss issues, backgrounds can benefit from inner healing prayer ministry. Inner healing prayer sessions can be a part or the main focus of therapy.
If it's determined that an intensive schedule of inner healing prayer may be best for your situation, a five day (M - F) of intensive inner hearing prayer intensive is planned. Each daily session lasts between two and four hours. We work in a tem environment meaning that there will always be at least two team members present in each session.
Besides the inner healing prayer ministry time, we will also be asking the Lord for direction on any practical discipleship tools we can give you in having a greater relationship with Him and with those around you.
